UFC 132

Super late, so only time for the picks.

"Handsome" Matt Wiman vs Denis Siver
lightweight

Wiman is tough, but the take down defense and striking acumen of Siver will be too much as the German from Russia wins via stoppage in the second.

Siver via TKO, Rd. 2

Carlos "The Natural Born Killer" Condit vs. Dong Hyun "Stun Gun" Kim
welterweight

Strong standing and on the ground, Condit will have to beef up his take down D or he will find himself working off his back for three rounds. Kim is a ground and pound machine, but if he cant close the distance, he'll get his lights put out. Kim takes a close decision.

Kim via Unanimous Decision

Ryan "Darth" Bader vs. Tito "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" Ortiz
light heavyweight

This is Bader's fight to lose. Ortiz just no longer has the complete game to compete in the UFC. Bader will rough him up on the feet and on the ground en route to a unanimous decision that is fairly lopsided.

Bader via Unanimous Decision

Wanderlei "The Axe Murderer" Silva vs. Chris "The Crippler" Leben
middleweight

Fight of the Night, with the potential to be fight of the year. Silva has the speed, but his chin isn't what it used to be. Leben is more plodding, but short of a mack truck hitting him, he doesn't stop. After withstanding an early flurry from the Brazilian, Leben will find Silva's chin early in the second for a knockout.

Leben via KO, Rd. 2

UFC BANTAMWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP

Champion: Dominic "The Dominator" Cruz vs. Urijah "The California Kid" Faber

Can Faber figure out the speed and angles of Cruz? Is Cruz elusive enough to stay out of harms way and keep the fight where he wants to, and keep Faber guessing? Chances are this fight goes the distance, with Cruz avoiding big shots from Faber, but not being able to do enough to finish the fight. A fairly exciting five round decision win for Cruz, if not dominating.

Cruz via Unanimous Decision
